Meet Josh the owner
With more than 20 years of hands-on experience working on heavy equipment and agricultural equipment, I founded Impact Maintenance Services LLC in 2020 with a vision of bringing industry-leading maintenance expertise directly to customers who value quality, reliability, and honest service.
My background includes nearly two decades in the underground mining industry, where I specialized in the maintenance, repair, and operation of critical mining equipment. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively on longwall systems, conveyor belts, hoists, and a wide range of heavy equipment. In addition to mechanical maintenance, I have experience planning and coordinating maintenance activities, managing personnel, and ensuring equipment reliability in demanding environments.
I also have experience maintaining emergency response equipment, including fire apparatus and ambulances, where safety, precision, and dependability are essential. I hold both Surface and Underground MSHA Electrical Certifications, providing a strong foundation in electrical troubleshooting, repair, and safety compliance.
When the COVID-19 pandemic created new challenges in 2020, I took the opportunity to start Impact Maintenance Services LLC. My goal was simple: provide customers with a higher level of service by applying the knowledge, work ethic, and problem-solving skills I developed throughout my career in the heavy equipment industry.
Today, I continue to grow the business by focusing on dependable service, expert workmanship, and building lasting relationships with customers. Whether it's heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, fleet maintenance, or specialized repairs, I take pride in delivering solutions that keep equipment running and customers moving forward.
